Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß und sehr hell. Es ist unmöbliert aber es besteht die Möglichkeit einzelne Möbel zu übernehmen. Die ganze Wohnung ist 120qm groß verfügt über ein Bad, ein Gäste WC, eine Küche mit Wohn- Essbereich und einen großen Balkon. Die Miete beträgt 550€ warm.
Mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur 5 Min in die Stadt, zum FAB der Zeppelin Universität und zum SMH sind es ca 15-20 Min. Direkt vor dem Haus ist eine Busstation über welche man die Uni und Stadt gut erreichen kann. Ansonsten ist die Umgebung sehr schön zum spazieren oder auch joggen, da man sehr schnell am See und im Naturschutzgebiet ist.
Wir sind zwei Studentinnen der Zeppelin Universität und wohnen seit 1,5 Jahren in der WG. Zum Ende des Jahres werden zwei Zimmer frei, für welche wir neue Mitbewohner*innen suchen. Uns ist das WG Leben sehr wichtig und wir sind keine Fans von Zweck WGs. Also wenn ihr gerne einmal zusammen Kocht oder den ein oder anderen Aperol auf dem Balkon trinkt meldet euch gerne :)
