(Hello, I'm not a fluent German speaker so I wrote the ad in English, but you can find the translated version of it below and I hope it makes sense)
The room is very bright and spacious. It is furnished, it includes 1 wardrobe, 2 drawers, bed + mattress and most likely also the desk. The cost for all this furniture is around 150 euro. The bed and mattress are not the ones you see in the picture of the room but right now they are located in the guest room. It's a comfortable 140x180 cm bed.
The apartment is on two floors, in the lower floor there are the bedrooms, a huge bathroom with two sinks, a shower and a bathtub and a utility room with the washing machine. In the upper floor, there is a super bright and spacious kitchen + living room, a balcony with the view on the lake, a guest room and another bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwater.

Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und geräumig. Es ist möbliert und umfasst 1 Kleiderschrank, 2 Schubladen, Bett + Matratze und höchstwahrscheinlich auch den Schreibtisch. Die Kosten für all diese Möbel betragen rund 150 Euro. Das Bett und die Matratze sind nicht die, die Sie auf dem Bild des Zimmers sehen, aber im Moment befinden sie sich im Gästezimmer. Es ist ein bequemes 140 x 180 cm großes Bett.
Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen, in der unteren Etage befinden sich die Schlafzimmer, ein riesiges Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken, einer Dusche und einer Badewanne sowie ein Hauswirtschaftsraum mit der Waschmaschine. Im Obergeschoss gibt es eine super helle und geräumige Küche + Wohnzimmer, einen Balkon mit Blick auf den See, ein Gästezimmer und ein weiteres Badezimmer. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Spülwasser.
The apartment is located 5 minutes by foot from Hafenbahnof. From here there are plenty of bus connections. For this reason, the position is extremely good because it is very close to the city center with all the shops, restaurant and bars but the house is very quiet. There is no noise at all coming from the street. There are also plenty of parking spots.
As for the supermarkets, at 10 minutes by foot there is Edeka and Lidl.

Die Wohnung liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Hafenbahnof entfernt. Von hier aus gibt es zahlreiche Busverbindungen. Aus diesem Grund ist die Lage äußerst gut, da es sehr nahe am Stadtzentrum mit allen Geschäften, Restaurants und Bars liegt, das Haus aber sehr ruhig ist. Von der Straße kommt überhaupt kein Lärm. Es gibt auch genügend Parkplätze.
Die Supermärkte Edeka und Lidl erreichen Sie in 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
There are two ladies (38 years old both) living in the flat and they both work. Because of this, applications from ladies are preferred but feel free to apply nonetheless! They are very kind, friendly and nice. They both speak (at least) German and English. Living in the apartment is very chill, and they both enjoy chitchatting in the evening as well as respecting each other's need for some personal time. Also, no problem at all if you have guests over since the apartment has a guest room and they are always very welcoming.

In der Wohnung leben zwei Mädchen, die beide arbeiten. Sie sind sehr nett, freundlich und nett. Beide sprechen (mindestens) Deutsch und Englisch. Das Leben in der Wohnung ist sehr entspannt und beide unterhalten sich gerne abends und respektieren das Bedürfnis des anderen nach etwas Zeit für sich. Auch wenn Sie Gäste haben, ist das überhaupt kein Problem, da die Wohnung über ein Gästezimmer verfügt und die Gäste immer sehr herzlich willkommen sind.
I'm moving around mid of May, so it would be ideal if you are interested starting from that date. Students or workers are all well accepted and no matter the gender :)
