Liebe Kurzzeitunterkunftssuchende,
Wegen meiner Reise vermiete ich mein Zimmer für 6 Monate. Die Wohnung ist 110+ qm groß und befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk (2. Etage) des Einfamilienhauses. Dein Zimmer ist das größte (24qm) und hat den Luxus eines schönen Balkons mit Seeblick. Ein Wohnzimmer, zwei WCs und eine geräumige Küche werden gemeinsam in der WG genutzt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Kochutensilien, Gläsern, Kaffee, Sandwichmaker usw. Die Wohnung und das Zimmer sehen genauso aus wie auf den hochgeladenen Fotos, wenn du sie mit allem drum und dran mietest.
Zieh einfach ein und genieße deinen entspannten Aufenthalt. Ich bin mir sicher, dass sich hier jeder wie zu Hause fühlt, denn es ist ein super ruhiger, entspannender und gemütlicher Ort zum Wohnen 😊.

Dear short term accommodation seekers,
Because of my travel, I am renting my room for 6 months. The apartment is 100+ qm is on the top floor (2nd floor) of the individual house. Your room is the biggest (24qm) and have the luxory of beautiful balcony with Sea view. A living room, two sperate WC, and a spacious kitchen are common to use in the WG. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stuff like cooking utensils, glasses, coffee, sandwich maker etc. The apartment and the room look the same as the uploaded photos when you rent it with all the stuff included.
Just move in and enjoy your relaxing stay. I'm sure that this place makes anyone feel like home because it's a super calm, relaxing, and cozy place to stay 😊

Die helle Wohnung befindet sich im Landratsamt - Seemoos in bester Lage in Friedrichshafen direkt an der Hauptstraße. Von deinem Zimmer aus hast du einen Panoramablick auf den See, den du in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kannst. ZU, DHBW, MTU und Airbus sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Es gibt eine hervorragende Anbindung an das Nahverkehrsnetz innerhalb von 4 Minuten (Landratsamt Bahnof), und direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich die Bushaltestelle Windhag-Seemoos. Supermärkte und tolle Cafés sind ganz in der Nähe.

The bright apartment is in the Landratsamt - Seemoos prime location in Friedrichshafen direct by the main street. From your room, you see the panoramic lake view with 3 minutes' walk to reach the lake. ZU, DHBW, MTU, and Airbus are also not far away. There is an excellent connection to the local transport network within 4 min (Landratsamt Bahnof), and in front of the house is Windhag-Seemoos bus stop. Supermarkets and amazing cafes are nearby.
Zwei der Mitbewohner sind duale Studenten an der DHWB und oft nicht zu Hause. Eine andere Mitbewohnerin arbeitet ganztags und ist nur abends zu Hause. Es ist uns wichtig, die Wohnung sauber zu halten. Wir haben nur selten die Möglichkeit, gemeinsam etwas zu unternehmen, da alle mit ihrem Studium und ihrer Arbeit sehr beschäftigt sind.

Two of the flatmates are dual study students in DHWB and often not at home. Another flatmate is working full day and is at home only at evening. Maintaining the cleaniness in the apartment is important for us. We rearely get the chance to do some social activity together as everyone is very busy with their study and work.
