Es wird ein Zimmer in einer super Wohnung in Friedrichshafen frei. Die neben einer schönen Küche und einem großen und gut ausgestatteten Bad gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, das zum Beisammensein einlädt. Das Zimmer ist fast voll möbliert und bis auf Dachschräge überm Bett sehr geräumig und hell.
Allgemein ist die Wohnung groß und sauber, ein Garten, der von allen Hausbewohnern mitbenutzt wird ist auch vorhanden.
There is a room available in a great apartment in Friedrichshafen. In addition to a nice kitchen and a large and well-equipped bathroom, there is a living room that is perfect for little get-togethers. The room is almost fully furnished and except for sloping roof above the bed very spacious and bright.
In general, the apartment is large and clean, a garden that is shared by all residents is also available.
Die Zeppelin Universität, wie auch die DHBW sind zu Fuß oder mittels des Fahrrads unter 10 min erreichbar. Ein Rewe und ein Kaufland sind ebenfalls sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen. ÖPNV-Angebote und Verbindungen beispielsweise Richtung Innenstadt und Bahnhof sind auch einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt.
Der Strandbad und der See allgemein befinden sich in fast unmittelbarer Nähe, welche sich gut für Spaziergänge entlang des Sees eignet.
The Zeppelin University, as well as the DHBW can be reached on foot or by bike in less than 10 minutes. A Rewe and a Kaufland are also very good and fast to reach. Public transport services and connections, for example, towards the city center and train station are also a short walk away.
The lido and the lake in general are in almost immediate proximity, which is well suited for walks along the lake.
In der WG leben zwei offene und nette Studentinnen, gegenseitige Achtsamkeit und Sauberhaltung der gemeinsamen Räumlichkeiten ist somit erwünscht. Auch allgemein sollte es sich hier weniger um eine Zweck-WG handeln.
In the WG live two open and nice students, mutual attentiveness and cleanliness of the common premises is therefore desired. Also in general, this should be less of a purpose WG.
Derzeit ist die Wohnung wegen Renovierungsarbeiten des Flurs, der Küche und des Bades nicht begehbar/bewohnbar. Leider ist somit eine Besichtigung erstmal nicht nötig, aber zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt eventuell machbar. Demnach sind diese Räume somit nach Fertigstellung erneuert.

Currently the apartment is not accessible/habitable due to renovation works of the hallway, the kitchen and the bathroom. Unfortunately, a viewing is therefore not possible yet, but may be possible at a later date. Accordingly, these rooms are thus renewed after completion.
