Unser Gästezimmer brauchen wir selten und vermieten es deshalb Tageweise.
Das Zimmer hat eine Teeküche und ein Bett mit 120x220. Holzdielenboden geölt. Alles ist 2020 frisch renoviert worden.
Der Ortsteil Mauern liegt im grünen mit viel Wald zum Spazieren oder auch radeln. Die S Bahn Grafrath ist 4,5 km entfernt. Ebenso kann man an die S Bahn in Steinebach fahren. Nach Grafrath geht vor der Haustür stündlich ein Bus.
Der Wörthsee und der Ammersee sind mit dem Fahrrad schnell erreicht.
Die AB Auffahrt Wörthsee ist 4 Autominuten entfernt. Also man ist mit dem Auto rasch in München und hat trotzdem eine schöne hügelige Landschaft um sich.
Das Bad teilen wir uns zu zweit. Ich bin aber auch oft nicht da, da hast du die Wohnung für dich.
