ich suche eine(n) Nachmieterin / Nachmieter in einer WG in Olching.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 16m2 groß, unmöbeliert, hat einen Balkon zugang,TV Anschluss.
Gemeinsam zu nutzen ist die Küche, das Wohnzimmer, das Badezimmer (mit Dusche und Badewanne getrennt; sowie einem doppel Spülbecken)
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 116 m2 groß.

Die Wohnung ist in Olching (ca 25km westlich von der innenstadt Münchens und ca 15km östlich von der Innenstadt FFBs). Man muss ca 20 min mit der S-bahn in die Innenstadt fahren.
MVV Bus hält ca 20 Meter von der Hasustür entfernt.
Supermarkt ist keine 10 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
Getränkemarkt und Elektrofachhandel ist auch gleich gegenüber
gesucht wird eine ordentliche und pflichtbewusste Person, die sich nicht zu schade ist auch die Putzkeule zu schwingen.
für mich selber ist die Wohnung eher ein Ruhepol, da ich selbst viel am arbeiten bin und von daher froh bin nach hause zu kommen und einen auf couch potatos zu machen.
