meine Mitbewohnerin und ich suchen eine dritte Person für unsere FRAUEN WG in einem wunderschönen und ruhigen Ort (Puchheim/gröbenzell) außerhalb München. Die S-Bahn ist mit einem Fahrrad nicht mal 5 Minuten entfernt und zur nächsten Bushaltestelle braucht man auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Münchner Hauptbahnhof sind es nur 20 Minuten mit der S-Bahn. Wir bieten ein 11 qm Zimmer (schon möbliert) mit einem großen Fenster und viel Licht. Das Bad, Esszimmer, Balkon und die Küche sind geteilt.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 420€. WLAN und Waschmaschine sind selbstverständlich dabei.

Hey there,
my roommate and I are searching for a third FEMALE roommate to make our apartment a home. The WG is located in a nice and quiet town outside of Munich (one station outside of Munich city limits) called Puchheim. It’s a 5 minute bike ride to the station or just one bus stop. It takes 20 minutes to get to Hauptbahnhof with the sbahn. The room is 11qm (furniture included). The bathroom, dining room, balcony, and kitchen are all shared.
The rent is 420€ (all utilities included). Of course there wifi and laundry are included as well.
