Da mein jetziger Mitbewohner leider zum 01.02.19 auszieht suche ich ab diesem Datum einen neuen Mitbewohner. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß. Hat zwei große Fenster und ist unmöbliert. In den Nebenkosten ist alles mit inbegriffen. GEZ, Strom, Internet , Hausmeister etc.
Die Lage ist mitten in der Altstadt .In der Nähe befinden sich diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Ubahn und der Busbahnhof sind zu Fuß in 3 Minuten erreichbar. ca. 5-10 Mintuen läuft man in die Innenstadt.
Ich bin 31 w, Fotografin und relativ umgänglich , aufgeschlossen und möchte jemanden der da ähnlich tickt. Ob Männlein oder Weiblein ist mir an sich egal .Hauptsache es passt ;) Eine gewisse Ordnung und Beteiligung am Haushalt ist mir wichtig und du solltest kein Mensch sein der gerne zuviel Party macht. Zumindest nicht zu Hause, da ich auch öfter hier arbeite. In der Wohnung lebt auch eine Katze also solltest du kein Problem mit Tieren haben. In dein Zimmer musst du sie nicht lassen. Wenn du also Interesse hast melde dich einfach bei mir und erzähl mir ein paar Eckdaten zu dir :)
