Wir suchen einE MitbewohnerIn für ein Zimmer (25m²) in unserer WG in Fürth. Im Moment wohnen wir hier mit drei Erwachsenen (w 44J., m 43J., m 44J.) und 2 Kindern (4 und 7 Jahre), da würdest Du dann noch dazu kommen.
An Gemeinschaftsräumen gibt es eine große Küche, Abstellräume, zwei Bäder und zwei Balkone.
Der Gesamtpreis von 310 Euro beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten (auch Telefon, Internet, GEZ usw.).
Mögliches Einzugsdatum wäre der 1. September, aber gerne auch deutlich später. Bei frühem Einzug könnten wir uns auch jemanden zur Zwischenmiete vorstellen.
Die Wohnung ist in der Theresienstraße in Fürth. Das ist in der Innestadt, zu Fuß ca. 3 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und damit sowohl nahe an allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln als auch am Wiesengrund.
Wir suchen eine MitbewohnerIn, die Lust auf das Zusammenleben mit anderen Menschen hat. Da in unserer Wohnung auch zwei Kinder wohnen, darf das natürlich kein Hinderungsgrund sein.Toll wäre es, wenn sich auch hier schöne Kontakte ergeben würden - wir suchen hier aber KEINE BabysitterIn.
