Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem schönen, hellen und warmen Haus. Sofort einzugsfähig! In dem Haus wird Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ruhe gelegt. Bad und Küche ist komplett ausgestattet.

Lage ist super! Bushaltestelle Richtung Rathaus und Stadtgrenze oder Maximilianstraße (Nürnberg) gleich um die Ecke. Zur Autobahn, Supermärkte etwa 5 Fahrminuten. Mc Donald ist zu Fuß erreichbar und das Essen ist noch warm wenn man Zuhause ankommt. Ich persönlich bin alles gelaufen, auch zum Einkaufen und habe auf Bus verzichtet. Stadtgreze (U-Bahn) ist nicht mehr als 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Also alles ist in der Nähe, so wie man es sich vorstellt. Der Park zur Entspannung ist auch nicht weit weg.
Wie beschrieben, 3er Wg. Keine große Fluktuation in dem Haus. Der aktuelle Mitbewohner ist ein Angestellter in einer Steuerkanzlei. Sicherlich keine WG zum Party machen, dafür kann man schnell mal in den nahegelegenen Irish Pub/ Kofferfabrik oder einfach mit der U-bahn nach Nbg. Nightliner hält an der Stadtgrenze.
Das Haus ist von einer alten Frau bewohnt, von daher ist klar, dass Ruhe selbstverständlich ist.
