Das Wonung hat ein zusätzliches Badezimmer im Keller wo eine Waschmaschine steht.

Es gibt keine Regeln solange jeder respektiert und nicht gestört wird.

You can discuss with them the cleaning plan and any other aspect of the apartment. but basically everyone can do what they want as they please night and day. You can invite who you want and spend the time as you wish. There are no rules as long as everyone is respected and not disturbed.
