Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist 20 qm groß, hat zwei Fenster und Laminat Boden. Die Wohnung an sich ist 73qm groß, hat 2 Zimmer und eine 20qm große Wohnküche. Anfang 2011 wurde die Wohnung energetisch saniert(u.a. Schallschutzfenster & neueste Vaillant Gastherme), Erstbezug war im März 2011. Die Nebenkosten enthalten einen Hausmeister, der sich um die nervige Hausordnung kümmert:) Das Haus befindet sich eine Gehminute von der U-Bahn Haltestelle Stadtgrenze entfernt. Eine Auffahrt auf die A73 ist gleich um die Ecke. Parkplatzsituation ist excellent. Araltankestelle rund um die Uhr geöffnet, Bäcker ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Suche eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in der/die sich in unsere kleine Hausgemeinschaft gut integriert. Die Wohnungen über und unter unserer Wohnung sind nämlich mit gut befreundeten WG's gefüllt (alles Mitarbeiter der Kaffeebohne Fürth:). Ich (Bibi), Nab, Marco, und Basti freuen uns auf dich:)
