Schönes, großes Zimmer mit Erker!
Da ich Anfang nächsten Jahres ein Paar Monate durch die Welt reise, suche ich eine nette, zuverlässige Untermieterin. Meine Möbel sind bestens gepflegt und das Zimmer gemütlich eingerichtet.
Für 300€ insgesamt ( Kaltmiete inkl. aller Nebenkosten) stehen dir also das Zimmer, Küche und Bad, sowie eine kleine Abstellkammer zur Verfügung. Zudem gehört ein kleines Kellerabteil und ein Hinterhof mit überdachter Fahrrad- Abstellmöglichkeit dazu.
Zu Fuß sind es nur 5-10 Minuten zum Fürther Hauptbahnhof mit S+U-Bahn Anschluss und der Deutschen Bahn.
Bushaltestelle ist fast vor der Haustüre.
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es jedoch angenehm ruhig.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Aldi, Apotheke,...) sind ebenfalls problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen.
