wir haben eine 3er WG in einer 5-Raum Wohnung direkt am Fürther Hauptbahnhof.
Da ich ausziehe werden 2 Zimmer frei (15qm und 16qm). Ich habe Sie als meine Wohn- und Schlafzimmer genutzt. Ich lasse auch ein paar Möbel da (Bett kann übernommen werden, Couch bei gefallen abgelöst).
Die WG ist ca. 50m vom Fürther Hbf. entfernt, also bestens angebunden.
Die Zimmer kosten zusammen 260€ Warm/all inclusive (Strom, Nebenkosten, Internet)
