Hallo Du! Ich suche für mein wunderschönes 21m² großes Zimmer einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung liegt im fünften Stock und ist bequem mit einem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. ;) Sie hat ein direkten Zugang zum Balkon und noch ein großes Fenster. Daher ist sie sehr hell und freundlich. Der neue Parkettboden verleiht dem Raum einen edlen Look. Die Wohnung biete einen Vorratsraum, ein Bad und eine Küche zur gemeinsamen Nutzung und natürlich den schönen Balkon. Die Möbel können teilweise übernommen werden. :) Weiterhin läd der kleine Garten im Sommer zum Grillen ein und dein Fahrrad kannst du bequem und sicher im Keller abstellen!
Die Wohhung liegt in der Fürther Südstadt in einem ruhigen Viertel. Ein Aldi befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor der Wohung befinden sich ausreichend Parkplätze, teilweise auch zur kostenlosen Nutzung. Der Bahnhof ist nur fünf Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt.
Dein neuer Mitbewohner ist Patrick welcher zur Zeit eine Ausbildung macht. Wir hatten ein tolles WG Leben und ich hoffe dir gefällt es dort genauso gut wie mir.
Ich ziehe leider aus der Wohnung aus, da ich in eine WG mit meinen Freundinnen ziehe.
