Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in der nördlichen Südstadt. Das Fenster geht zum Hinterhof raus, man hat echt einen schönen Blick über die Dächer. Es gibt ein Dachbodenabteil. Und die Miete alles in allem ist 370 mit Internet und allem. Das Zimmer ist ca 19 Quadratmeter groß. Es gibt auch ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine Wohnküche mit viel Stauraum. Das Bad hat eine Wanne und ein Fenster. Es gibt auch eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist auch ziemlich zentral, man braucht nur ca. 3 Minuten zum Fürth Hauptbahnhof und eine Minute zur Bushaltestelle Amalienstraße. Eine Tankstelle ist auch gleich in der Nähe.
Die Mitbewohner sind beide Studenten die gut miteinander befreundet sind. Die schauen oft Serien und Filme, spielen Videospiele und kochen zusammen.
