There is a 27 sqm room available for rent in the center of Fürth (Bayern), 10 min away from Fürth main railway station. The room will be partially furnished with a closet and a chair, which come free of charge. I might leave some more furniture for free. The room is very large and comfortable and the rent includes all the services, except for the Internet which is 15 euros.
The address is located at Nürnbergerstr. 25 Fürth. The flat is located 10 min from Fürth Hbf and 5 min from U1 at Jakobinen str. It takes 15 min to reach the center of Nürnberg and around 25 to Erlangen. The neighborhood is very charming and 3 min away there is a huge park. You can also find Aldi, Norma, and a few other shops for groceries 5 minutes from the flat. In addition, there are a few gyms 10 min from the flat.
We have all the equipment needed in the kitchen (dishwasher included) and for the cleaning.
We are a very international WG, with people coming from all over the world. There are two rooms for rent in the apartment, so the current tenants are Rafael and Vika. Vika is working as an English professor and Rafael is a master's student at FAU. Oswaldo, who is Hauptmieter, is currently on an internship in Berlin. There is a cleaning schedule that makes the flat nice and clean and the roommates are nice and friendly. In the evening we mostly hang out in the kitchen and prepare food together.
