Hier schreiben Bettina und Ruppert. Wir wohnen in einer Doppelhaushälfte. Das Zimmer ist das ehemalige Büro von Ruppert, das wir jetzt gerne beleben möchten, indem wir es ab und zu befristet vermieten. Es hat einen schönen Blick in den Garten, ist ausgestattet mit Bett und Schreibtisch und Regal. Einen Schrank haben wir leider nicht, aber eine Kleiderstange. Ein separates Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken gehört dazu. Küche ist mit Mitbenutzung.
Wir sind beide im Homeoffice berufstätig, Nichtraucher, kochen gerne und sind viel in der Natur unterwegs.
Falls die Daten nicht genau passen, wir vermieten gerne auch kürzer.
Bettina and Ruppert write here. We live in a semi-detached house. The room is Ruppert's former office, which we would now like to liven up by renting it out on a temporary basis from time to time. It has a beautiful view of the garden and is equipped with a bed, desk and shelf. Unfortunately we don't have a closet, but we do have a clothes rail. A separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is included. Kitchen is shared.
We both work from home, are non-smokers, enjoy cooking and spend a lot of time outdoors.
If the dates don't match exactly, we'll be happy to rent for a shorter period of time.
Drei Minuten bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, 10 Minuten bis zur U-Bahn Jakobinenstraße. Direkt am Radweg zwischen Erlangen und Nürnberg gelegen. Mit dem Rad ist man in 10 Minuten in Fürths Innenstadt und in 20 Minuten in Nürnbergs Innenstadt.
Three minutes to the next bus stop, 10 minutes to the Jakobinenstraße subway. Located directly on the cycle path between Erlangen and Nuremberg. By bike you can reach Fürth's city center in 10 minutes and Nuremberg's city center in 20 minutes.
Wir wünschen uns jemand, der sich ins gemeinsame Leben im Haus einbringt, d.h. nicht, dass wir dauernd zusammenhocken müssen, aber gerne mal abends zusammen kochen, spielen oder einen Film gucken.
We want someone who will be involved in our shared life in the house, i.e. we don't have to sit together all the time, but would like to cook, play or watch a film together in the evening from time to time.
