Hallo, ich biete ein WG-Zimmer in meiner WG an. Die Wohnung hat 75m2, 3 Zimmer, eine große Küche und ein Bad. Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat 12m2 und ein großes Doppelfenster und die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG (Dachgeschoss). Die gesamte Wohnung ist möbliert, bis auf das zu vermietende Zimmer.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 372€ und dazu kommen noch 150€ Nebenkosten, die sich aus Wasser, Strom, Gas und Internet zusammensetzten.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 7-10 Minuten, zu Fuß, vom Hauptbahnhof in Fürth entfernt und nur ca. 5 Minuten von der Fußgängerzone.

Ich selbst, heiße Anton, studiere Pharmazie an der FAU in Erlangen und bin 22 Jahre alt. Ich wohne bereits 1,5 Jahre in dieser Wohnung und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Ich gehe recht regelmäßig ins Fitnessstudio, gehen aber wahrscheinlich auch genauso regelmäßig mal raus um gut zu trinken. Rauche auch ab und zu am Fenster, aber nie dirket in der Wohnung mit geschlossenen Fenstern.
