Dein Zimmer ist bereits eingerichtet mit einem ausziehbarem Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Regal, aber fühl dich frei es ganz nach deinen Bedürfnissen zu verändern.
Wir haben eine großen Koch/Wohnbereich und Balkon, außerdem ein Bad mit Dusche, Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Ich bin unkompliziert, fröhlich und meist ordentlich.
Ich fände es schön wenn wir ab und zu gemeinsam kochen.

Die Wohnung ist nur 2 Minuten von der Ubahn der Linie U1 entfernt. In 5 Minuten bist du am Fürther Hauptbahnhof, von dort aus es regelmäßig Züge Richtung Nürnberg oder Erlangen gibt.
In 10 Minuten bist du mit der Ubahn in Nürnberg und zu Fuß bist du in 5 Minuten im Zentrum von Fürth.
Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen.
Außerdem ist es hier sehr Grün mit dem Stadtpark um die Ecke und einer Promenade vor der Tür.
