Hallo Leute!

Ich bin Sara, eine Studentin der HS Fulda, und werde die WG bald verlassen, da ich mein Studium bald abschließen werde :) Deshalb suchen wir eine neue Person für dein zukünftiges Zimmer.

Ein paar Infos:

Ich poste diese Anzeige bereits 4 Monate im Voraus, damit du genügend Zeit hast, um dich zu entscheiden und, falls es erforderlich ist, einen neuen Vertrag abzuschließen.
Wenn du Lust hast, ein paar Wochen früher einzuziehen, können wir das gerne vereinbaren.
Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hat viel Sonnenlicht (was mir persönlich am besten gefallen hat). Das große Fenster lässt viel Licht herein und lässt dein Zimmer strahlen. Die hohe Decke vermittelt ein angenehmes Raumgefühl. An der rechten Seite befindet sich eine Öffnung in der Wand, die ich für Dekorationen nutze. Dort würde auch ein Fernseher oder ein Gemälde gut passen und zusätzlichen Platz schaffen sowie die Wand verschönern.

Der Boden hat eine Holzoptik und die Wände sind weiß gestrichen, sodass du den Raum nach deinen Wünschen dekorieren kannst. Ich persönlich mochte es, Lichter aufzuhängen und Pflanzen aufzustellen. Insgesamt gibt es ausreichend Platz. Die etwa 15 Quadratmeter ermöglichen es mir auch, Platz zum Trainieren zu haben. Über Straßenlärm brauchst du dir keine Sorgen zu machen, da sich das Zimmer zum Hinterhof hin befindet.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet, modern und bietet mehr als genug Platz für uns alle. Es verfügt über einen Balkon und eine große Küche, die auch als Wohnzimmer dient. Dort findest du alles Wichtige, wie einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einen Wasserkocher, einen Herd, einen Toaster und einen Backofen. Im Badezimmer haben wir eine Dusche, eine Waschmaschine und eine Toilette, sowie eine separate zweite Toilette, was sehr praktisch ist.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert!!!! Es besteht jedoch die Möglichkeit, meine Möbel zu kaufen, aber darüber können wir direkt schreiben.

Die Lage der WG ist sehr praktisch, da sie sich im Stadtzentrum befindet, genauer gesagt am Hauptbahnhof, der nur 5 Gehminuten oder 3 Autominuten entfernt ist. Der Busbahnhof befindet sich ebenfalls auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die Universität ist mit dem Bus 7 Minuten entfernt und zu Fuß etwa 20 Minuten. Das Zentrum ist gleich um die Ecke und der Dom ist in weniger als 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Neben dem Gebäude befindet sich ein Dönerladen, der sehr gut ist und oft an Tagen aushilft, an denen man keine Lust zum Kochen hat. Gegenüber dem Dom liegt das Emalierwerk, ein Einkaufszentrum, das etwa 10 Minuten entfernt ist, mit Tegut und Aldi, wo ich normalerweise meine Einkäufe erledige. Für Notfälle gibt es in der Bahnhofstraße auch einen kleinen Tegut, der alles Nötige hat.

Im Moment ist das WG-Leben noch relativ neu und es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass ich nicht die einzige bin, die auszieht. Du und deine neuen Mitbewohner könnt einen neuen Lebensstil und eine neue Dynamik schaffen. Bisher haben wir hauptsächlich Englisch gesprochen, da wir aus verschiedenen Ländern kommen, aber die meisten von uns sprechen auch Deutsch. Wir sind alle Studierende verschiedener Hauptfächer, daher hat jeder sein eigenes Tempo und seinen eigenen Zeitplan, aber die Küche ist der Haupttreffpunkt, der genügend Platz und ein Sofa zum Teilen bietet. Das Beste ist, dass es sich um eine internationale WG handelt, in der wir viel über andere Länder, Kulturen und Sprachen gelernt haben.

Hello everyone!

I'm Sara, a student from HS Fulda, and I'll be leaving the flat soon as I'm about to finish my studies :) Therefore, we're looking for a new person for your future room.

A few details:

I'm posting this ad 4 months in advance so that you have enough time to decide and, if necessary, to sign a new contract.
If you'd like to move in a few weeks earlier, we can arrange that too.
The room is spacious and receives a lot of sunlight (which I personally loved the most). The large window allows plenty of light to enter, brightening up your room. The high ceiling provides a pleasant sense of space. On the right side, there's an opening in the wall that I use for decoration. It would also accommodate a TV or a painting well, creating additional space and enhancing the wall.

The floor has a wooden look, and the walls are painted white, so you can decorate the room to your liking. Personally, I enjoyed hanging lights and placing plants. Overall, there's plenty of space. The approximately 15 square meters also allow me to have space for exercising in my room. You don't need to worry about street noise as the room faces the backyard.

The house is very nice and comfortable, modern, and offers more than enough space for all of us. It has a balcony and a large kitchen, which also serves as a living room. There you'll find everything you need, such as a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, stove, toaster, and oven. In the bathroom, we have a shower, washing machine, and a toilet, as well as a separate second toilet, which is very convenient.
The room is unfurnished!!!! However, there's an option to buy my furniture, but we can discuss that directly.

The location of the flat is very convenient as it's in the city center, more precisely at the main train station, which is only a 5-minute walk or 3-minute drive away. The bus station is also across the street. The university is a 7-minute bus ride or about 20 minutes on foot. The city center is just around the corner, and you can reach the cathedral in less than 15 minutes. Next to the building, there's a kebab shop, which is very good and usually saves the days when you don't feel like cooking. Across from the cathedral is the Emalierwerk, a shopping center about 10 minutes away, with Tegut and Aldi, where I usually do my shopping. For emergencies, there's also a small Tegut on Bahnhofstraße, which has everything you need.

At the moment, life in the flat is still relatively new, and there's a possibility that I won't be the only one leaving. You and your new flatmates can create a new lifestyle and dynamic. So far, we've mainly spoken English since we come from different countries, but most of us also speak German. We're all students of different majors, so everyone has their own pace and schedule, but the kitchen is the main meeting point, offering plenty of space and a sofa to share. The best part is that it's an international flat; we've learned a lot about other countries, cultures, and languages.
