Der Service des Vermieters ist auch top, dass sie am nächsten Tag kommen und alles reparieren, wenn Sie es brauchen Ich habe einige Möbeln und Sache, die ich gerne im Zimmer lassen würde. Wenn Sie daran interessiert sind, können wir weiter reden. Die normale Miete ist 383, aber wegen Zwischenmiete, müssen Sie nur 360 bezahlen. Stromkosten pro Monat liegt auf 12€ extra.
I have everything in my room, that you just need to move in the room is pretty big and has a lot of light. The landlord's service is also top, that they will come and fix anything in the next day when you need. I have some furnitures and things that I would like to leave in the room if you have an interest in it, we can talk further. Es gibt 3 Deutsche, 1 Spanier und 1 Peruaner daher sind die gesprochenen Sprachen Deutsch Englisch und Spanisch. Wir sind sehr international und freundlich. Wir haben eine gemeinsame Küche, die ungefähr 40m2 groß. Da kann man kochen, zusammen chillen oder auch gerne Freunde hier einladen (momentan nicht erwünscht wegen Corona). Wir haben auch eine sehr sehr große Terrasse, kann man da rauchen, grillen und chillen.
There are 3 Germans, 1 Spanish and 1 Peruvian, so the spoken languages are German English and Spanish. We are very international and friendly. We have a common kitchen which is approximately 40m2. You can cook, chill out together or invite friends here (currently not wanted because of Corona). We also have a very, very large terrace, where you can smoke, grill and chill out.
Sie können mir immer erreich per WhatsApp oder Mail. Eine Online-Besichtigung ist momentan gewünscht aber wenn Sie schon geimpft sind bzw. ein unpositives Corona-Test innerhalb von 3 Tagen haben , können Sie auch gerne vorbei kommen.
