dein neues Zimmer ist etwa 25 m² groß, es hat einen zusätzlichen Raum, der sich perfekt für einen Schreibtisch eignet. Eine Wand ist ein kompletter Kleiderschrank, der es dir ermöglicht, den gesamten Raum zu nutzen. An Stauraum mangelt es also nicht und du musst kein extra Schrank kaufen. Es ist ein sehr helles Zimmer, sogar im Winter.
Von eurem Zimmer aus habt Ihr Zugang zur Dachterrasse, was im Frühling und Sommer sehr angenehm sein wird.
Unsere Wohnung hat eine schöne Größe und hat Loft vibes. Wir haben eine offene Küche und ein schöner Wohnbereich, in dem man auch außerhalb des Zimmers chillen kann. Die Wohnung hat auch einen Abstellraum und zwei Badezimmer (allerdings nur eine Dusche).
Da die Wohnung wirklich gross ist und zwei WC hat ist sie sehr WG tauglich. Wenn man sich in sein Zimmer zurückziehen möchte, um seine Ruhe zu haben, bekommt man nichts von den anderen mit.

Your new room is about 25 m², it has an extra space that is perfect for a tiny office, and one wall is a complete closet that allows you to use the entire space. It is a very bright room, even in winter. From your room you will have access to the rooftop, which in Spring and Summer will be really nice to have
Our apartment has a nice size, it has loft vibes. Open kitchen and a nice living room area where you can chill outside the room. The apartment also has a storage room and two bathrooms (only one shower though).
Even there are other 3 roommates, you hardly get in each other's way and if you want to retreat to your room to have your peace and quiet, you don't get to hear anything from the others.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist top!
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie REWE, Aldi und Kaufland sind zu Fuß in ca. 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Außerdem ist die Bushaltestelle zur Uni 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, oder man erreicht die Uni in 25 min zu Fuß.
Wenn ihr euch auf ein Bier in derStadt treffen wollen, benötig ihr 2 Schritte, um in die Innenstadt und damit zu den Kneipen oder eurem neuen Lieblingsdönerladen zu gelangen. Das Beste: Das Zimmer ist so ruhig, dass man sich nicht mitten in der Stadt fühlt!

The location of the apartment is really top!
Shopping facilities such as REWE, Aldi and Kaufland can be reached on foot in about 5-10 minutes. In addition, the bus stop to the university is 2 minutes walk away, or you can reach the university in 25 min on foot.
If you want to meet for a beer in the city, you need 2 steps to get to the city center and thus to the pubs or your new favorite kebab store. Best of all, the room is so quiet that you don't feel like you're in the middle of the city!
Unser WG-Leben ist sehr harmonisch und ruhig. Wenn wir Zeit finden, treffen wir uns zu Filmabenden in unserem Wohnzimmer.
Wenn du allerdings deine Ruhe brauchst, kannst du dich auch gerne in dein Zimmer zurückziehen. Da bald Semesterferien sind und einige von uns unterwegs sein werden, ist es vielleicht sowieso manchmal etwas ruhiger.

Our flat-sharing life is very harmonious and calm, not big parties or noisy at night. If we find time, we meet for movie nights in our living room. However, if you need your quiet time, it's always fine to go to your room.
Since it will be semester break soon and some of us will be on the road, it might be quieter at times anyway.
Alle Nebenkosten sind in der Miete enthalten. Es gibt keine zusätzlichen Kosten für dich. Es ist wichtig zu erwähnen, dass du dein Fahrrad in der WG unterstellen kannst und dass du für den Vermieter Ihre Immatrikulationsbescheinigung benötigst.
