Hallo.
Wegen Umzug suche ich ab 1.09 eine Nachmieterin.
Die Zimmer befindet in 2.OG in Dachgeschoss und hat auch noch eine klein Zimmer wo man Sachen ,Kartons usw lassen kann.
Gibts auch Schränke .
Die U-Bahn,S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
In der Nähe gibt auch Norma , McDonald's,und 15-20 Minuten kann man auch Aldi und Rossmann erreichen .
Gewünscht ist nur eine Frau die auch Sinn für Sauberkeit hat ,da hier immer die Sauberkeit behalten wurde.
Im Moment wohnt nur eine Mietbewohnerin aus Marokko.
Gibt auch eine mobilierte Küche,ist dazu eine Spülmaschine.
In Keller befindet eine Waschmaschine mit Trocken und noch Platz .
30 Minuten mit Verkehrsmittel kann man Erlangen Universität erreichen.
