Das Zimmer ist groß, hat 1 Fenster und bereits einen großen Schrank drin.
Der Boden ist aus Parkett.
Bett und Schreibtisch kann man auch rausnehmen und einen eigenen reinstellen.
Allgemein seid ihr bei der Gestaltung komplett Frei (abgesehen vom Schrank).
Die WG hat eine ideale Lage da es bei uns in der Straße recht ruhig ist aber wir dennoch Zentral liegen.
Wir sind 2 min vom I - Bau der HFU, 3 min vom A-Bau und 5 bzw. 7 min von Edeka, "Stadtzentrum" (Marktplatz) und Rewe entfernt.
Neben uns ein Haus weiter ist die Breg, aber wenn das Fenster geschlossen ist hört man da nichts davon.
Ebenfalls ist das Studentenwohnheim in unserer Nähe.
MIB - Student im 2. Semester ( 27 Jahre alt ) und WIB - Student im 5. Semester ( 27 Jahre alt ).
Generell sind wir für alle Formen einer WG offen.
