• Spazierweg, den ich mit meinen Hunden nutze etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt
ICH - DEIN MITBEWOHNER
• Seit letztem Jahr Rentner, vorher Sozialarbeiter
• Du solltest Hunde mögen, denn ich habe 2
• Kinder auch, denn ich freue mich, wenn meine Enkel durch den Garten hüpfen
• An meinem Garten freue ich mich sehr und das darfst Du auch jederzeit
• Ich rauche, beschränke mich hierbei allerdings auf die Kellerräume und den Garten
WG – LEBEN
• Keine Zweck WG
• Es ist mir wichtig, dass Du Dich genauso wie ich für die gemeinsamen Wohnräume verantwortlich fühlst
• Sauberkeit, besonders in Küche und Bad ist mir sehr wichtig
• Schätze meine und Deine Privatsphäre, freue mich aber auch über ein Gespräch

• Washing machine in the basement and refrigerator in your room
LOCATION & PUBLIC TRANSPORT
• Parking spots available
• Shopping: Netto, Aldi & Jibi are 12 minutes by foot
• Bus stop of the bus 450 is 3 minutes by foot
• Tram & busses are 3 min and S+U Lichtenberg 8 min by footThere is a nice path where I walk my dogs less than 10 minutes from the house
ME AS A HOUSE MATE
• Retired since last year, before social worker
• You should like dogs because I have 2
• Children as well as I love my grandchildren who jump around the garden now and then
• I enjoy my garden a lot and you are welcome to do so as well
• I do smoke but stay in the basement or garden
SHARING A HOUSE
• Not restricted to functional type of flat sharing
• It is important to me, that you feel responsible for the shared rooms just as much as I do
• Cleanliness, especially in the kitchen and bathroom is important to me
• Privacy is important to me and I respect yours as well but do enjoy friendly conversations
