Short-term accomodation for a student in Garching or Munich

I'm Gorana, a 31-year-old PhD student from Serbia, seeking accommodation near the TUM School of Computation, Information, and Technology from July 9th to August 10th. I'm open to student-shared flats or smaller apartments and prefer a place in Garching. However, if it's easily accessible from Munich via U-Bahn, that works too. I expect my boyfriend to visit me for a week or two during my stay. Therefore, I look for an option where my flatmates would be fine with that. He is 30 years old, responsible, also a student, and full-time employed, speaking German and English. My budget is around 750 euros for the entire duration. I'm a non-smoker, love to keep my living space tidy, enjoy cooking, and live a healthy lifestyle. In my free time, I like reading and spending time in nature. I love animals and have a cat back home.
