Ich verlasse Garching und suche nach einem Nachmieter für mein WG Zimmer in Garching-Hochbrück.
Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und hell und hat etwa 15qm!
In der Wohnung gibt es soweit alles was man zum Leben braucht. Die Möbel sind ebenfalls in der Miete enthalten.
Sehr gute Anbindung nach Garching 10min, Oberschleißheim 10min sowie in die Innenstadt (Odeonsplatz 40 min).
Ein Aldi ist 10 Minuten entfernt.
Du wirst mit 4 Mitbewohnern zusammen wohnen.
Barkin ist 23 und studiert an der TUM. Rita, Michi und Nine sind Anfang 40 und allesamt berufstätig.
Das Zusammenleben ist ruhig und gemütlich. Etwa einmal die Woche wurde gemeinsam gekocht und am Wochenende kann man auch etwas zusammen unternehmen.
Es gibt 2 Bäder. Eines mit Dusche und Toilette sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das andere mit Badewanne und Dusche.
In der Küche ist alles zum Kochen vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank wird sich zu dritt geteilt.
Geputzt wird alle 2 Wochen eingeteilt und 5 rotierende Dienste.
