Long Term - Apartment for WS 2017/2018

Greetings all,
My name is Keefe Huang, a 26 year old male from Singapore, which is a small island country south of Malaysia. I am currently a Masters student - matriculating in the 2017/2018 WS at TUM and am thus looking for an apartment in Munich for a minimum of 6 months. My main language is English, though I am, still, picking up German to allow for easier conversation.

Main requirements for an apartment - just need a relatively clean room with minimal furnishing (bed, closet), usable utilities/bathroom. Will need access to a washer/drier. I would also enjoy roommates that are social and would plan/participate in group activities, though this is not a hard requirement. Access to a kitchen is also a plus.

Personally, I would like to think myself a relaxed and easy-going person. Having stayed with WG-like environments several times throughout my studies/army service, I fully understand the importance of a good/accommodating flat mate. I also carry my own weight with household chores when sharing a flat. If you are looking for a reasonable flatmate for a long term stay - I'm your guy!
