Looking for a bright medium sized room in a WG with nice people :-)

my name is Abdelrahman Ahmed, a 21 year old Computer Science and Engineering student from Cairo, Egypt. I will be doing my bachelor research in TUM (Technische Universität München) garching campus. My bachelor is going to be integrating both the sciences of Computer and Aerospace.
I'm a really friendly, tolerant, easy-going, open-minded, sympathetic and funny person and you really can never regret knowing me, atleast my friends told me that. In my free time, I like to exercise and do long distance running and I used to professionally play handball before Engineering took over my life. I'm also very tidy and organised. I like to spend my day time working and learning in a calm environment and I like to socialize and go out every other day at night. Once I'm in Munchen, the first thing i'll do is set up a bank account and find a part-time job in software development. I currently work as a Head of Software in a startup (https://edensolutions.tech PS : we're launching soon, the website is a prototype) along with studying, but I might leave the job to focus on my study in munchen.
I envision that a WG life should be one of mutual respect, simplicity, responsibility and harmony. It should be an experience through which we share each other's culture and views in order for us to grow more mature and sympathetic. Once you tell me how you handle your daily life in your WG and the rules that should be followed, everything should be very smooth :-) .
Life can be tough sometimes, So I would love to support my flatmates through their hard times and I hope I can find people who can do the same.
