The flat is located in the North of Munich (Garching). You need about 15 minutes to the Technical University, Research Centres (by bus, subway, or bike), and about 25-30 minutes to the centre of Munich (University, Marienplatz) by underground.
10 minutes by foot to the next cosy Beergarden located close to the Isarauen.
Monthly rent: 350 Euro plus side costs of 75 Euro (as an anticipated payment for heating). In addition electricity + telephon fee (approx. 30 Euro depending on use) has to be paid.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Norden von München (Universitätsstadt Garching). Per Bus, Bahn oder Fahrrad dauert es etwa 15 Minuten bis zu der TU Garching und den Forschungsinstituten, etwa 25-30 Minuten sind es per U-Bahn zur Innenstadt München (Uni, Marienplatz).
10 Minuten zu Fuss zum nächsten gemütlichen Biergarten in der Nähe der Isarauen.
Warm-Miete pro Monat: 350 Euro plus 75 Euro NK (Heizkostenabschlag). Zusätzliche Kosten für Strom und Telefon (etwa 30 Euro je nach Bedürfnis und Verbrauch) müssen berücksichtigt werden.
