In unserer neu gegründeten 3er WG ist noch ein Zimmer (ca. 11 qm, Zimmer 3 im Grundriss) ab sofort frei.
Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und verfügt des weitern über ein großzügiges gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad sowie ein separates WC.
Die Mietkosten belaufen sich auf 650€ (inkl. Heizkosten, Strom, Wasser, Internet und GEZ).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Garching in unmittelbarer Nähe einer Bus-Haltestelle.
Die U-Bahnstation Garching ist von der Wohnung aus in 6 Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Außerdem befinden sich einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Lidl) in der nahen Umgebung.
Das Forschungszentrum ist in nur 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
Du wirst dir die Wohnung mit Marco und Björn teilen.
Marco studiert Luft und Raumfahrt im dritten Mastersemester. Wenn er mal nicht in der Uni ist, treibt er viel Sport (laufen und Fitnessstudio) oder spielt am PC. Ansonsten geht er gerne in den Bergen wandern oder Motorradfahren. Außerdem versucht er sich immer mal wieder am Gitarre und Klavierspielen.
Noch ein paar Worte zu mir: Ich bin Björn, kenne Marco noch aus dem Bachelorstudium und bin aktuell an der TUM als Doktorand beschäftigt. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich Laufen, spiele gerne (und vor allem schlecht) Volleyball und bin immer für einen Ausflug in die Berge zu begeistern. Außerdem mag ich es abends zu kochen, wenn es die Zeit zulässt.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und legen Wert darauf, dass du gut in die Gemeinschaft passt.
Bitte schrieb uns ein paar Details zu deiner Person, damit wir einschätzen können, ob du zu uns passt.

Aufgrund des Coronavirus werden wir erstmal Gespräche nur über Skype führen. Bevor du irgendwas an Verträgen unterschreiben musst, kannst du dir die Wohnung natürlich auch nochmal in Person anschauen.

In our freshly founded flat, a 11m² (room nr. 3 on the floor plan) room is looking for a new resident.
The flat has just been renovated. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The rent will be 650€ which includes heating, electricity, water, internet and GEZ.
The flat is in Garching very close to a bus station.
The subway station Garching is only six minutes by foot.
Moreover supermarkets (Rewe, Lidl) are also close by.
The Forschungszentrum is only 7 minutes away by bike.
You will share a flat with Marco and Björn.
Marco is studying Aerospace in his third mastersemester. When he is not in the uni, he does a lot of sport (running, gym) or plays games on his pc. He also likes to hike in the alps or ride his motorcycle.
A few words about me: I am Björn, I know Marco since the beginning of the bachelor. At the moment I am a Ph.D. student at the TUM. In my free time I go running, play volleyball and am always ready for a trip to the mountains. If I have the time in the evening, I like to cook.
We are looking for someone who is not only looking for a place to sleep, but also wants to socialize and do stuff together.
