We offer a cozy room under the roof and of course use of the large, well-equipped kitchen and living room with a tiled stove as well as the terrace with garden. In principle, the whole house can be heated with the tiled stove. There is also a gas heater. There is one (1) bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet (bottom) as well as a toilet at the top of the stairwell, which is not yet marked in the floor plan.

Mit dem Kachelofen kann im Prinzip das ganze Haus beheizt werden. Auch eine Gasheizung ist vorhanden. Es gibt ein (1) Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne und eine separate Toilette (unten) sowie eine Toilette oben vom Treppenhaus abgeteilt, die noch nicht im Grundriss eingezeichnet ist.

Im Wohnzimmer steht neben dem Kachelofen und dem Sofa ein Schreibtisch, an dem jeder nach Bedarf sein Laptop an einen großen Monitor, Tastatur etc. anstöpseln kann.

Das urige "Holzzimmer" (8 m2) ist im Grundriss ist das Holzzimmer unter "Schlafen/Bad" zu finden. Dort findet sich ein Bett, Nachttischchen, Kommode und ein großes Regal. Inzwischen gibt es abweichend vom Grundriss kein Waschbecken mehr - dafür oben im Treppenhaus die Toilette mit Waschbecken. Die Warmmiete beträgt dort 520 EUR/Monat.

Das Zimmer ist ab Ende Juni und voraussichtlich bis Ende des Jahres frei. Evtl. auch darüber hinaus - aber wir würden das Zimmer gern ab und zu für ein paar Tage (meist in den Ferien) nach Absprache nutzen. Bei Flexibilität funktioniert also auch eine längere Zeit. Bitte nur Anfragen für mind. einen Monat. Bei längerer Mietzeit und evtl.. Flexibilität können wir die Miete abrunden.

Fahrräder oder Skier können im Schuppen untergestellt werden.

Selbstverständlich kann man gut in den Ort oder zum Bahnhof in Garmisch oder Farchant laufen oder radeln (Fahrrad-Unterstellmöglichkeit im Schuppen), aber es gibt in 5 Minuten Entfernung auch eine Bushaltestelle.

Zum Haus gehört ein idyllischer großer Garten mit Obstbäumen und Beerensträuchern, der natürlich mitgenutzt werden soll. Vom Garten hat man einen großartigen Blick auf die Partenkirchener Dreitorspitze und die Alpspitze bis hin zur Zugspitze.

In der ruhigen Nachbarschaft kann man wunderbar spazieren gehen. Zur Loisach und zum Abenteuerspielplatz dort sind es wenige Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder zwei Bäcker und ein gutes italienisches Restaurant sind auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, genauso Grundschule und Kindergarten in Burgrain.

Über Freizeitmöglichkeiten in Garmisch-Partenkirchen brauche ich nichts zu schreiben... :-)

wir sind eine Münchner Familie mit zwei 13jährigen Jungs und werden das Haus ab und zu als Ferienwohnung nutzen.
Wir gehen gern in die Berge zum Wandern, Klettern, Skifahren und -touren gehen - und ab und zu entspannen wir uns natürlich auch gern im Garten oder mit einem guten Buch.

Da wir leider nicht die ganze Zeit in den Bergen wohnen können und vorraussichtlich hauptsächlich manchmal in den Ferien da wären, freuen wir uns, Haus und Garten mit netten Mitbewohnerinnen zu teilen. Wir haben schon zwei nette Mitbewohnerin gefunden, aber mehr nette Gesellschaft wäre schön:-).

Es ist also standardmäßig eine 3er-WG mit zwei Frauen um die 30, es kann aber auch sein, dass wir mal für ein paar Tage mit der ganzen Familie (oder auch mal einzeln) vorbeikommen. Wenn das für mehr als ein Wochenende ist, wäre es allerdings sinnvoll, dafür das aktuell zu vermietende Zimmer nutzen zu können. Spätestens in den Weihnachtsferien ist das der Plan. Bei entsprechender Flexibilität ist somit evtl. auch eine längere Mietzeit möglich.
