The quiet room (3x4) is on the back side of the building and is fully furnished with:
- 200x90 bed (brand-new quality mattress)

We have two fully equipped bathrooms, ensuring you'll have your own private space.
We are going to share:
- a huge living room with flat screen, hi-fi, couch and dining table (the desk in the corner is going to be replaced by a spinning bike)
- fully equipped kitchen
- a big balcony with sunset view and a Weber grill
- basement storage space
- bike storage, you can use my city bike if you like
The building itself if brand new and the flat is furnished in a modern style (see pictures). Therefore you should value high-quality things.
Directly at the S-Bahn station Gauting (S6). It takes 30 minutes to the Munich main station, 1:20 to Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Edeka and DM in the same building, döner at the corner, Lidl in walkable distance. Starnberger See, Ammersee, Würm-Trails and various beer gardens in bikeable distance.
I'm in my forties and lead the data science team of a Munich based start-up, primarily from my home-office. I am pretty much into mountain biking, hiking, board and card games, cooking, movies and rock music. While sharing my hobbies is optional, if you do, feel free to join me!
