Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einen Sofabett, einem Wandschrank und einem Nachttisch. Es ist also alles vorhanden, du könntest aber auch noch eigene Möbel oder Einrichtung mitbringen. Da das Zimmer nicht sehr groß ist, ist im Wohnzimmer noch ein weiterer Schrank zur Mitbenutzung. Vom Fenster aus sieht man den Jet d'Eau.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in hervorragender Lage in Eaux-Vives. Es sind ca. 100m bis zum See, man ist in zwei Minuten dort. Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe jede Menge Restaurants, Bars und Cafés, und Supermärkte. Man ist in 5 Minuten an der nächsten Bushaltestelle, kommt aber in 15 Minuten auch zu Fuß zum Bahnhof, in die Innenstadt, in die Altstadt etc.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock mit Aufzug.
Es handelt sich um eine Berufstätigen-WG. Ich bin selbst ziemlich viel unterwegs (allerdings nicht im März/April) , aber es sollte trotzdem keine Zweck-WG sein.
Wir haben auch eine Putzfrau, die alle zwei Wochen kommt und eine Telefonflatrate ins deutsche Festnetz und alle deutschen Mobilfunknetze. Alle Kosten sind in CHF und nicht in Euro angegeben.
