Hallo zusammen,
habe ein schönes Zimmer frei. Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb von Gengenbach.
Die Wohnung hat gesamt ca. 130qm und vier Zimmer. Eines davon ist von mir als Büro belegt. Ich als IT-Spezialist arbeite oft von Zuhause aus, bin daher sehr oft da.
Die Küche ist mit Einbauküche, großem Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und Esstisch ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein großer Tafeltisch für acht Personen, Couch und TV. Der Tafeltisch eignet sich zudem sehr gut als Lernfläche. Das Bad hat Badewanne und separate Dusche, zudem sind zwei Waschbecken vorhanden. Eine neue Waschmaschine von Bosch, die auch in einem Gang trocknen kann ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat zudem ein Gäste WC. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es genug. Ein Grillabend im Hof ist auch kein Problem. Rewe, Aldi, DM und co. sind ca. 2km entfernt. Ich bin Nichtraucher, habe aber nichts dagegen wenn man auf dem Balkon raucht.
