Fuer mein großes (20 m2), helles (nach Süd direkt an die Garten)Zimmer im 1. Obergeschoss der KHG Studentenwohnheim suche ich jetzt gerne eine nette Nachmieterin. Supergünstige Lage,5 Gehminuten zur Uni, 3 Minuten zur Lidl, 7 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Alles inklusive 143 Euro pro Monat. Der Mietvertrag mit der Hausverwaltung dauert normalerweise 6 Monate, also ein Semester. Man kann höchtenstens dort für drei Jahren wohnen.
