Hallo an alle🙂
Wir suchen für unsere 4er WG eine neues WG- Mitglied.
Das frei werdende Zimmer ist 12,4 qm2 groß und kostet insgesamt 275€ warm (GEZ, kl. Puffer für Notfälle und Internet).
Kaution beträgt 400€.
Der Ausblick ist auf ein leerstehendes Gebäude der Uniklinik. Es ist den ganzen Tag sehr hell im Zimmer.
Die Fester in der gesamten Wohnung sind 3-fach verglast, sodass man von der zentralen Lage in der Frankfurter Str wenig mitbekommt.
Die Lage ist super! Man ist in unter 10 min zu Fuß beim Bahnhof, eine Haltestelle mit direkter Univerbindung zum Campus Philosophikum ist direkt vor der Tür. Zur Innenstadt und zum Seltersweg sind es auch nur ca 10 min zu Fuß. Die Uniklinik Gießen-Marburg ist direkter Nachbar. Der Medizincampus ist 5 min entfernt. Die Lahnwiesen zum Schabernack treiben sind in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir sind eine ruhige Zweck-WG. Wenn du Lust hast etwas zu trinken oder mit jemanden etwas unternehmen willst, sind alle deine neuen WG-Mitglieder sehr offen :)
