Suche für mein ca 20m² Zimmer in Allendorf eine/n nette/n Nachmieter/in.
In unsrem Fachwerkhaus wohnen wir zu 4.(3x w( Veties),1x m( Humani),du teilst dir Bad und Küche aber nur mit 1 Mitbewohner.
Die anderen 2 haben Appartements mit eigenem Bad und Küche.
Es wohnen noch 2Hunde im Haus,weitere sind vom Vermieter nicht gestattet.
Waschmaschine,Trockner,Fahrradkeller..alles vorhanden.
Das Zimmer kostet 216€ warm + 6 € Internet+Telefonflat+2KMK
Im Dorf gibt es einen Bäcker, Rewe ist nicht weit entfernt.
Bei Interesse einfach schreiben oder sms,Anrufe erst ab 19:00Uhr.
Frei ist das Zimmer ab 12.2.2012 und kann nach Absprache auch da schon bezogen werden.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 15 Minuten an der Vetmed.
Buslinien 1 und 11 fahren im 15Minutentakt
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG,aber auch keine Kuschel-WG:-)
Autostellplätze vor dem Haus vorhanden,Mehrzweckhalle 200m entfernt mit grossen Parkplatz.
