Ab dem 01. Juli vermieten wir ein 36m² großes Zimmer in unserer schönen 5er Wg (23/26/20/20). Dein Zimmer ist mit Dielenboden ausgestattet und ist wirklich riesig! (Das Größte Zimmer der WG) Unsere Wohnung hat insgesamt 160m² mit einem großen Tageslicht Bad (Dusche,Badewanne und WC) 1 WC extra, Kueche mit Spülmaschine(!!!) und einer Internet & Telefon Flatrate inclusive.
Zentraler kann eine Wohnung nicht liegen!! Wir habens nur 3 min. zum Bahnhof, 5 min. zum Marktplatz, 2 min. zum Aldi und 3 min. zum Ulenspiegel. Und das Schönste, die Wieseck fließt direkt an unserem Haus vorbei!
Das Zimmer kostet 340 Euro alles inklusive.
Wir sind alle Studenten und haben hier keine reine Zweck-WG, wobei es auch keine festen Sonntag-Frühstücks-Dates gibt;-)
