Von August bis Oktober bin ich unterwegs und vermiete in dieser Zeit mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete!
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer wunderschönen 3er-WG in einem Altbau und ist zum Hinterhof gelegen mit Blick ins Grüne und auf das Nebenhaus. Bahnhof und Edeka sind direkt um die Ecke. Ihr habt tolle und entspannte Mitbewohner, es wird gerne zusammen gekocht und etwas unternommen, aber jeder kann gut seine Ruhe haben. Mir wäre es wichtig, dass du verantwortungsbewusst bist (in der WG mithelfen, putzen etc.).
Das Zimmer selbst hat ein Hochbett und einen wunderschönen Balkon. 220 Euro Miete insgesamt.
Falls ihr also zu dieser Zeit eine Untermiete sucht, meldet euch bei mir. Am besten per Email oder Nachricht über wg-gesucht!
