Es sind zwei Zimmer zu vergeben. Beide in der 2 Etage. Einmal 18 m2 und einmal 20 m2. Beide Zimmer mit Dachschrägen. Der Vorraum der sich auf ca 15 m2 beläuft (mit Dachschräge) steht für beide Parteien zur freien Verfügung.
Die 300,- sind warm, inkl. Strom
Wahlweise Internet 10,- zzgl.
Königsberg ist ca 15 km von Giessen entfernt. Im Dorf gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca 5 km entfernt. Aber gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 500 m entfernt. Von dort fahren auch regelmäßig Busse nach Giessen.
Kurz zu mir, ich bin 31 Jahre, berufstätig und daher auch in der Regel nur unter der Woche zuhause. Das Wg Leben sollte chillig und harmonisch sein. KEINE Party Wg! Bin offen für gemeinsame Aktivitäten, ist aber kein Muss. Ordung und Sauberkeit sind mir wichtig, daher gibt es auch einen Putzplan.
