Here is the location really nice quiet & relaxed,
Nevertheless, you are quite central and you do not feel away from the shot. Nextbike is a few minutes away, nearby we have bus stops towards the railway station, Berliner Platz and co. With a bike you can easily get anywhere from here. In addition, good shopping is about 10 minutes away. To the people who own a car, you have to look more often, but for more than 5 minutes you never look here. The Ludi is very close and the next pub around the corner is the KlimBim, there you are in under 2 min.

Hier ist die Lage wirklich schön ruhig & entspannt,
Trotzdem ist man recht zentral und man fühlt sich keinesfalls Ab vom Schuss. Nextbike ist wenige Minuten entfernt, in nächster Nähe haben wir Bushaltestellen Richtung Bahnhof, Berliner Platz und co. Mit einem Fahrrad kommt man von hier aus überall leicht hin. Zudem hat man gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca.10 Minuten entfernt. An die Leute, die ein Auto besitzen, man muss zwar öfters suchen, aber länger als 5 Min sucht man hier nie. Die Ludi ist sehr nahe und die nächste Kneipe um die Ecke ist das KlimBim, da ist man in unter 2 min.

In general, our WG has a pleasantly relaxed atmosphere and are very talkative people. Socially we are all at the heights, gather in the kitchen: cooking, chatting, some board games are also included:)

Robin and Lewin have lived here since autumn, Sophie has recently moved in. Since the WG has been reoccupied in a very short time, we are very open to a person who wants to shape the WG with us to miss the appropriate vibe.
Our beloved WG kit (w, 18) definitely wears the pants in the WG. She is a comunicative and social cat, but sometimes we feel she takes her job as a cat too seriously:D
We are people with WG experience and are looking for a person who has Bock on great WG life and is ready for it.

The WG kitchen offers relatively much space and work area. There are dishwasher, washing machine and oven.
We have a lockable bicycle shed and a cellar room.
The rooms are relatively well isolated against noises. At one of the WG rooms we have a balcony, as we can all enjoy it.

Generell herrscht in unserer WG eine angenehm entspannte Atmosphäre und sind sehr gesprächige Leute. Socially sind wir alle auf der Höhe, versammeln uns gern mal in der Küche: Kochen, quatschen, mal n paar Brettspiele sind auch dabei :)

Robin und Lewin wohnen seit Herbst hier, Sophie ist vor kurzem eingezogen. Da die WG in recht kurzer Zeit neubesetzt wurde, sind wir sehr offen für eine Person, die mit uns die WG mitgestalten möchte, um ihr den entsprechenden Vibe zu verpassen.
Unsere allgeliebte WG-Katze (w, 18) hat in der WG definitiv die Hosen an. Sie ist eine komunikative und soziale Katze, aber manchmal haben wir das Gefühl, sie nimmt ihren Job als Katze zu ernst :D
Wir sind Leute mit WG-Erfahrung und suchen nach einer Person, die Bock auf tolles WG-Leben hat und ready dafür ist.
Da wir uns ja tagtäglich sehen, ist eine ehriche Kommunikation sehr wichtig. Putzplan und co erklärt sich von selbst

Die WG-Küche bietet relativ viel Platz und Arbeitsfläche. Dort stehen Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Ofen.
Wir haben einen abschließbaren Fahrradschuppen und einen Kellerraum.
Die Zimmer sind relativ gut gegen Geräusche isoliert. Zum Innenhof ist an einem der WG-Zimmer ein Balkon, da können wir gerne alle drauf.

We like to hand over the desk and wardrobe for 32€. We would also take a discount of €18 for the new stove, a total of €50.
