Es dichtet den Klang sehr gut ab und ist von Mittag bis Abend ein leichtes Geräusch, ohne dass die Sonne zu stark scheint. Neben den Schlafzimmern gibt es auch ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche und eine separate WC.
Es gibt die Möglichkeit, ein Fahrrad hinter dem Haus zu parken, und es gibt auch einen Keller, den wir alle teilen, in dem Sie Ihre Wäsche waschen und einige Ihrer Sachen aufbewahren können.
Darüber hinaus können Möbel verwendet werden - ein Bett, eine Matratze, Regale und ein Kleiderständer.
This room is approx. 11 m² in size, has a light brown wooden floor, a high ceiling and a balcony approx. 5 m², facing the west, with a view towards the garden.
It seals the sound very well and it is a light roon from noon to dusk without the sun shining too strongly. Apart from the bedrooms, there are also a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
There is a possibility to park a bike behind the house and there is also a cellar that all of us share where you can wash your laundry and store some of your belongings.
In addition, some of the furniture can be used - a bed, a mattress, shelves and a clothes rack.
Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Mit dem Fahrrad erreichen Sie die Innenstadt in weniger als 5 Minuten und am Bahnhof etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten. Neben dem Haus befindet sich das Hauptgebäude der JLU sowie mehrere Cafés und Bars.
The location is really good. You can be downtown in less than 5 minutes by bike and around 10 - 15 minutes at the train station. Next to the house is the main building of Justus Liebig University and several coffee shops and bars.
Die Wohnung wird von vier internationalen Studenten des Institut für Angewandte Theaterwissenschaft. Der Großteil der Kommunikation erfolgt auf Englisch und der Haupttreffpunkt ist die Küche. Das Leben in dieser Wohnung ist sehr locker und die Atmosphäre ist freundlich und vielfältig. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen schönen Garten, der von allen Bewohnern des Gebäudes geteilt wird.
The flat is shared by four international students from the Institute of Applied Theatre Studies. Most of the communication is in English and the main meeting point is the kitchen. Living in this flat is very easy-going and the atmosphere is friendly and diverse. In addition, there is a beautiful garden that is shared amongst all of the inhabitants of the building.
Es ist wirklich eine großartige Kombination aus einer schönen Lage und einer sehr angenehm aussehenden Unterkunft mit einer sehr bodenständigen Atmosphäre.
It is really a great combination of a nice location and a very pleasant looking accommodation with a very down to earth vibe.
