Schönes helles Zimmer mit Balkon, auf dem es sich super an der frischen Luft für die Uni lernen lässt :)
Außerdem TV-Anschluss, Waschmaschinenraum mit Waschmaschinen im Keller. Kellerverschlag und separater Fahrradkeller. Die Küchenmöbel wurde letztes Jahr komplett neu gemacht, mit Ceranfeld , Backofen und Kühlschrank.
Im Flur gibt es auch einen Tisch an dem man gut zu zweit oder dritt sitzen kann.
In der Nähe gibt es die Busstationen für Buslinie 1, 13 und 11 und mit dem Fahrrad ist man sowieso überall schnell da. Fußläufig gibt es auch einen tegut (Supermarkt) und der Bergwerkswald ist auch um die Ecke, da kann man super spazieren oder joggen gehen.
Ich habe sehr gern mit deiner zukünftigen Mitbewohnerin Ivona zusammengelebt. Ab und zu hat man gern zusammen gekocht, Filme geschaut oder etwas unternommen.
Sie wird aber gegen Jahresende auch ausziehen, da besteht dann die Möglichkeit, dass du die Wohnung allein übernimmst oder dir einen neuen Mitbewohner suchst :)
