Das Zimmer ist 11m² groß. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Bett, ein Regal, ein Schreibtisch, ein Stuhl und ein Beistelltisch. Zudem befindet sich im "Vorraum" des Zimmers ein Waschbecken und ein großer Kleiderschrank.
Außerdem hat das Zimmer ein großes Fenster mit einem Rollladen.
Das Zimmer befindet sich direkt vor der Eingangstür des Flures im Erdgeschoss/Keller des Studentenwohnheims. Ein paar Türen weiter sind das WC, die Duschen (getrennt nach Damen und Herren) und die Gemeinschaftsküche.
Das Studentenwohnheim ist ca. 15-20 Min. zu Fuß vom Rechtswissenschaftscampus und dem Philosophikum entfernt. In die Innenstadt braucht man mit dem Bus nur 10 Minuten.
Die Bushaltestelle ist 3 Minuten vom Wohnheim entfernt.
Man hat eine aufgeräumte Küche und ein sauberes Bad, welches täglich von der Hauswirtschaftskraft gereinigt wird. Es werden nur die Duschen, Toiletten und die Küche geteilt. Ansonsten hat man viel Privatsphäre.
Ich mache ein Auslandssemester von September bis Dezember, weshalb ich jemanden zur Untermiete suche. Falls Du Interesse oder Fragen hast, schreibe mir eine Nachricht per WhatsApp.
