Das Zimmer hat 17m² und wird unmöbliert übernommen. Es verügt über 2 Tageslichtfenster. Quadratisch-Praktisch-Gut:)
Lage
- Zum Phil I (Uni Bib) und Phil II (Audimax) sind es 5-10 min zu Fuß (perfekt  für Uni Studenten!)
- Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind direkt gegenüber (Rewe Center 20m, Aldi 50m, Lidl 100m)
- 30 Sekunden bis zur Bushaltestelle Sandkauter Weg
- Weniger als 5 Minuten bis zum nächsten Friseur, Copyshop, Fitness Studio
Die Wg liegt genau in der Fastfoodkette d.h. zwischen Mc Donalds, KFC und 50m weiter Burgerking.
WG-Leben
Wir wohnen in einem Familienhaus das in 3 Etagen unterteilt ist
1. Etage: Europcar Autovermietung (täglich von 8-24 Uhr offen)
2. Etage: 4 Zimmer + Bad und große Gemeinschaftsküche
3. Etage: 3 Zimmer + Bad
An die großzügige Küche in der zweiten Etage schließt eine Treppe an, welche in die Dritte führt. Dies sorgt dafür das man zwar faktisch in einer 7er WG Wohnt, es sich jedoch wie in einer 3-4er WG lebt. Optimaler Wechsel zwischen absoluter Privatsphäre und gemütlicher WG Gemeinschaft ist also kein Problem.
Unsere WG besitzt eine Spülmaschine sowie einen Wasch- und Fahrradkeller.
