Das vermietete Zimmer ist ~ 21 m² groß. Es ist ausgestattet mit einem Schreibtisch, Bett + Matratze, Schrank und Regal (siehe Fotos). Die Möbel bleiben im Zimmer und Waschmaschine und Küche + Inhalt enthalten.
Zur Wohnung gehören noch eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche mit ausreichend Arbeitsfläche zum kulinarischen Austoben. Im Badezimmer ist eine Duschbadewanne. Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befindet sich zudem ein Fahrradraum und Waschmaschine.

The rented room is ~21 m². It is equipped with a desk, bed + mattress, wardrobe and shelf (see photos). The furniture remains in the room and the washing machine and kitchen + contents are included.
The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with enough work space to let off steam. There is a shower bath in the bathroom. There is also a bicycle storage room and washing machine on the ground floor of the house.
Lage
Zudem befindet sich direkt nähe der Haustür eine Bushaltestelle. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig, das Zimmer der Wohnung ist nicht zur Straße ausgerichtet.
Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung befindet sich ein Penny und ein Kiosk/DHL-Shop welcher 7 Tage die Woche geöffnet hat. Zudem sind ein EDEKA, REWE, Aldi und ein Lidl im Umkreis von 500m zur Wohnung. In den Straßen um die Wohnung ist Parken frei und je nach Tageszeit ist immer schnell ein Plätzchen gefunden.

The apartment is centrally located in Giessen. There is also a bus stop right near the front door. The residential area is very quiet, the room in the apartment is not facing the street.
Directly opposite the apartment is a Penny and a kiosk / DHL shop which is open 7 days a week. In addition, an EDEKA, REWE, Aldi and a Lidl are within 500m of the apartment. Parking is free in the streets around the apartment and, depending on the time of day, you can always find a spot quickly.
Zum WG-Leben: In der WG verbleiben Esmail und Mateusz. Esmail ist mit seinem Medizinstudium fertig und Mateusz hat wiederum in Gießen studiert und kennt die Stadt somit ganz gut.
Beide sind gerne sowohl für nette Küchen-Gespräche zu haben als auch für Aktivitäten wie Spaziergänge sowie Kochabende, oder zum Beispiel auch für Kinobesuche. Sie
respektieren es aber auch, wenn jemand seine Ruhe braucht und sich Mal zurückziehen muss - frei nach dem Motto: Alles kann nichts muss.

About life in the shared flat: Esmail and Mateusz are staying in the shared flat. Esmail has finished his medical studies and Mateusz studied in Giessen and knows the city quite well.
Both are happy to have nice conversations in the kitchen as well as activities such as walks and cooking evenings, or even going to the cinema. But they also respect it when someone needs peace and quiet and needs to withdraw - true to the motto: everything is possible, nothing is necessary.
