Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchenden, in unserer 3-er WG (2 M) wird ein Zimmer frei und ab sofort suchen wir Verstärkung(M/W). Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Kaplansgasse 4 und ist somit sehr Zentral angelegt. Das Zimmer ist ca 27qm groß, sehr hell und bietet 2 große Fenster und eine Balkontür mit einem kleinen Anbau für Pflanzen. Kabelschächte sind im Flur schon gelegt, somit hast du gleich Internet- (auch WLAN, DSL 16 Mbit Flat + Festnetzflat) und Fernsehanschluss in deinem Zimmer. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß (ca 106 qm) und hat schönes Laminat in allen Zimmern. Wir verfügen über einen großen Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank und eine Waschmaschine. Rauchen im Zimmer ist erlaubt. Das Zimmer kostet all inclusive ca 340€ (transparente Kostenübersicht) im Monat, 367€ Kaution und einmalig 67€ für Wohnzimmermöbel und Küche an den Ausziehenden. Wir sind 24 und 27 Jahre alt, studieren Informatik und Englisch/Sport auf Lehramt und unternehmen auch gerne mal was miteinander. Wir sind weder Zweck- noch Zwangs-WG.
