Schönes, großes, helles WG Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon. Das Zimmer hat vormittags Sonne, ab Mittag keine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung mehr.
Das Zimmer hat keine Außenjalousien, aber an allen Fenstern neue Verdunkelungsrollos und ist frisch gestrichen.
Der Schreibtisch bleibt (ist ebenfalls(frisch abgeschliffen und geölt), ansonsten wird das Zimmer leer übergeben.
Die Wohnung hat einen weiteren, gemeinschaftlich nutzbaren Balkon, der von der Küche aus erreichbar ist.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Innenstadt, Beginn Fußgängerzone, ist aber trotzdem relativ ruhig. Parken ist eher schlecht, dafür die ÖPNV Anbindung super.
Zur Zeit sind wir 2 Mädels und ein männlicher Mitbewohner. Da ich zu Ende September ausziehe sind es dann nur noch ein Mädel und ein Junge.
Bei uns darf jeder gerne für sich sein, aber zusammen kochen ist auch immer willkommen. Alles kann, nichts ist muss.
Zu den Ablösekosten ist noch zu sagen, das die EUR 330,- sich aufteilen auf WG-Eigentum, EUR 250,- (Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, etc.) und die neuen Verdunkelungsrollos, EUR 80,-.
Die Miete von EUR 362,- enthält Miete, NK, Strom und Internet.
